RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Final Sale Items

All items in the Flawed Disney Pins & Merchandise category are considered final sale. These items are sold as-is, with any minor imperfections or flaws noted in the listing. Due to this, they are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review the product details and images carefully before purchasing to ensure satisfaction with the item's condition.

Return Timeline

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement. Reporting any issues promptly allows us to resolve them efficiently. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered non-returnable: any items that you wish to no longer keep, including merchandise purchased during holiday periods after the holiday has ended, and all items from the Flawed Disney Pins & Merchandise category, which are sold as-is and are not eligible for return. Additionally, any used or pre-owned items cannot be returned. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases and review all product descriptions and images to ensure satisfaction before completing their orders.

Damaged or Broken Items

If an item arrives significantly damaged or broken, please contact us immediately with proof of the damage, including clear photos of both the item and its packaging. This will help us assess the condition of the item upon arrival and determine if it qualifies for a return.

 

Please note that while we strive to pack items securely, we are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling during transit by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other postal carrier. Damage to external packaging alone does not qualify for a return unless the item itself is significantly affected.

Return Conditions

Only items that have arrived significantly damaged are eligible for return. Items without damage, including those you no longer wish to keep, as well as holiday-themed items after the holiday period, are not eligible for return. This policy applies to all merchandise, including pins, lanyards, and other accessories. Some items may be pre-owned, and minor wear or age-related imperfections are considered normal and do not qualify as damage. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully to ensure you are fully satisfied with the item's condition before purchasing.

Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions via email on how to return the item, including the address for returning the package. The package must be sent within 7 days of the return approval date; otherwise, credit will not be provided. Please follow the provided guidelines carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the next steps regarding your refund.
